A. Prologue to using Aristotle’s “First Principles” as a Thesis Exposing the Hoax History We’ve all been taught for Generations under U.S.A., INC. and giving you a Synopsis of the Real History of the United States for America—a REPUBLIC

One of the most important things I’ve learned from reading the writings of the great Greek philosopher Aristotle (384-322 B.C.) is this—In order to properly, systematically and comprehensively understand and study any given subject, discipline or area of inquiry always begin from First Principles. For example, in this essay I am writing about the real history of the United States for America (a REPUBLIC) and am exposing the imposter country known as UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. whose stolen History of Humanity has allowed a very small Cabal of super rich, narcissistic, psychopaths belonging to various Satanic cults called—the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia, the Illuminati, Freemasons, Rosicrucians, and other secret societies along with their allied institutions including—Council of 13, Committee of 300, Octagon Group, Trilateral Commission, World Economic Forum, United Nations, International Monetary Fund, Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderbergers, DAVOS, and other Globalist, elitist entities connected to the Satanic New World Order.

For 150 years (1871-2021) the Rothschild Central Bankers in particularly have been using their trillions to effectively enslave hundreds of millions of people in America, including billions and billions of people worldwide under the treacherous legislation called the District of Columbia Act of 1871. In England this law was called the 1871 Act of England and a version of this evil, Machiavellian legislation that has enslaved America and the world for 150 years exits in virtually every United Nations member state country in the world TO THIS DAY!

Therefore, using Aristotle’s First Principles let us propose a Thesis #1—To Understand History always follow the Politics, History and Wars of 13 Illuminati Royal Family Bloodlines. Why? Because following this techniquewill assist us in better understanding the power behind the Shadows who manipulate Reality through the Ages vs. Understanding the God of the Bible who controls the Reality of Truth through the Ages —

“First principles thinking consists of deriving things to their fundamental proven axioms in the given arena, before reasoning up by asking which ones are relevant to the question at hand, then cross referencing conclusions based on chosen axioms and making sure conclusions don’t violate any fundamental laws.”

Thus, I will begin this essay with a quote by Morpheus to his protégée Neo in the 1999 movie, The Matrix—”Everything they told you was a [Big] Lie”. This statement is a variation of the meme I used before by the great Spanish-American Philosopher, Historian, Essayist, Poet, Novelist – George Santayana (1863-1952)—“History is a pack of lies told by  people who weren’t there. . . . History is always written wrong, and so always needs to be rewritten.”

Below is some information taken from the Judy Byington Report regarding what I refer to a Summary of Real American History not taught by the Marxist Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Academy. The information in the text boxes below refers to direct quotes from Judy Byington’s GCR News Updates followed by some appropriate memes, my historical analysis, and commentary—

B. (21) The 1040 tax form is quite literally ‘a form of tribute’ paid to Britain. (IRS publication 6209).

This incredible statement of historical fact will make little sense to the majority of the public, who, since 1913, slavishly pay their taxes. Unless, you realize that the United States for America (a Republic) was hijacked by a small cabal of ultra rich Satanist called the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia, and with the help of corrupted politicians like President George Washington (1789-97) and President Ulysses S. Grant (1869-77) gave these Central Bankers control over our money supply, our monetary policy including the promiscuous printing of as much money as they want via their Federal Reserve Central Banks located in virtually every country in the world.

From 1871 (perhaps since before the American Revolution [1775-83]) onward our country was no longer a Republic, but a Corporate Dictatorship owned by the Rothschilds, England and the Vatican. Why? Because as I stated in Parts I & II of this essay series on the Real History of the United States that America is a British Colony. The ‘United States’ is a corporation, not a land mass and it existed before the Revolutionary War and the British Troops did not leave until 1796 (Republica v. Sweers, 1 Dallas 43, Treaty of Commerce 8 Stat 116, Treaty of Peace 8 Stat 80, IRS Publication 6209, Articles of Association October 20, 1774).

In March 2021, I wrote Part III of my 5-part essay series about the History of the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia who gave We the People the Central Banking, the 16th Amendment (Income Tax = Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes) and 17th Amendment (allowing voters to cast direct votes for U.S. senators. Prior to its passage, senators were chosen by state legislatures). The 16th Amendment also eventually give U.S. the IRS, and perpetual Chattel and Debt Slavery based on repetitive and perpetual False Flag Wars. In my essay I wrote—

In Part II of this 5-part essay series on the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia, I concluded with a synopsis of how the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia really increased their New World Order Satanism agenda at the beginning of the twentieth century achieving major accomplishments in the span of a 6-year period in the early 1900s (1907-13)—

They own the printing press to print TRILLIONS in counterfeit money based on nothing while charging excessive usury (interest) and taxation. What’s the collateral? We the People are their collateral. This was achieved by RKM forcing governments to create Birth Certificates (1900-46, info collected by the U.S. Census Bureau) and Social Security numbers (beginning 14 Aug. 1935 [same year the U.S. Secret Police, BOI was renamed FBI]) solidified the fact that RKM views over 7 billion people worldwide as a non-human, corporate assets to be collected and traded, monetized and democided in whatever manner seems best for the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia.

 

Of course, our corrupt, ineffectual Marxist Public and Private schools did not teach you about the landmark book by G. Edward Griffith exposing the Grand Conspiracy establishing the Rothschild-Rockefeller Central Banking Chattel and Debt Slavery Systems in America and throughout the entire world. Griffith’s book is titled—The Creature from Jekyll Island where he exposes how in 1913, in the dead of night on Christmas Eve, the treasonous passage of the Federal Reserve Act and the Income Tax Act were legalized in America thus establishing Marxism [Communism] which in turn took control of all U.S., INC. money supply, monetary policy, banking, credit, and printing of notes (i.e., not real money, but IOUs!)  The Rothschild Khazarian Mafia then created an illegal taxation System in America:

YEAR 1913 was essentially Year ONE of the total invasion of America by the 3-headed Cerberus—City of London, the Vatican and Washington, D.C.—a tragic year for Liberty where the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia’s Satanic New World Order Agenda took a quantum leap forward with the achievement of 8 major goals cited above which had the effect of keeping America and the world under the condition of a Rothschild Khazarian Mafia Debt-Slavery Central Bank System into perpetuity. However, I cite one more event that would place America under the control of a Secret Police called the FBI, 8 year before the Bolshevik Revolution (Oct. 1917) and decades before the Nazi’s dreaded Gestapo [post-1933]). . .

For example, the passage above begins with the incredible admission by Schwab that, “YOU OWN NO PROPERTY”. Yes, you may own your home you are living in presently, but the home rests on what? LAND. Who owns the land? Answer: The Sovereign or The King. Thus, you (We the People) are all at best tenants of a metaphysical Landlord (e.g., The King or the State), since America until the apotheosis of President Donald J. American (and World) History is all messed up. It is full of lies written by respected “scholars” of the Academy with many letters behind their names including “PhD”. However, the hapless student or reader of history never ask themselves this Socratic dialectical question of ultimate concern—If the people writing the History weren’t there to personally witness the events, then how do they know what really happened in History? This question is reminiscent of an admission by the great Spanish-American Philosopher and Historian, George Santayana—

Secondly, by the laws of Congress which are codified in our own Constitution “We the People” are referred to by legislative decree as “beings” = an animal impersonating a human = a S-L-A-V-E. But as stated in Part 1, Sec. 1 of this essay series, “[O]ur American forefathers and the Framers gave us an Un-incorporated Sovereign Republic, so what gives!?  The Revolutionary War (1775-83) was fought to kick both King George III out of America but also to kick out the evil corporations like the East India Company who made all of the Colonists of 13 Colonies both Chattel slaves and Debt slaves to the Crown of England into perpetuity.  That is why our American forefathers gave us an Un-Incorporated Sovereign Republic.” *N.B.: For further research see article in BeforeItsNews.com (Jan. 2, 2019).

(22) The International Monetary Fund [IMF] is an agency of the United Nations [UN]. (Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Ed. pg. 816).

This Globalist financial institution called the IMF or International Monetary Fund is like a Global Federal Reserve Bank used to keep the banking institutions of the world in perpetual Chattel and Debt Slavery to the Rothschild trillionaire banking cartel family. In Part II of this essay series, I wrote about another internationalist, globalist organization called WEF or the World Economic Forum headed by a Globalist student of the One-World government guru Henry Kissinger. In that essay I wrote,

(23) The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. has not had a treasury since 1921. (41 Stat. Ch. 214, pg. 654)

Could this fact be because 8 years earlier in that infamous year of 1913 President Woodrow Wilson made another secret deal to sell our financial system out to the very people President Ulysses S. Grant did 52 years before in 1871?—The Rothschild Khazarian Mafia, aka the Central Bankers. Why aren’t politicians, the media, and economists talking about these facts demonstrating conspiracy and high TREASON?!? If the United States has no treasury, then where are all the trillions in annual local, state, and federal taxes confiscated from We the People going to? Hint: Not back to the taxpayers these corrupt government officials and politician stole the money from in the first place, but through money launder schemes (like that demonstrated in the meme below) into the pockets of politicians, judges, handlers and slush funds of foreign nations (like Ukraine) to fund perpetual false flag wars.

Once you purge your mind of all the propaganda taught by our corrupt institutions including the school systems (public and private), the colleges and universities, and even ancillary institutions regarding education including—law schools, graduate schools, medical schools, engineering schools, pharmaceutical industry, social media, politics, public policy, law, religion, philosophy. . . everything is all lies, propaganda and disinformation designed to force you into a perpetually evolving democidal choices ubiquitously referred to as Hegelian Dialectic.

 
(24) The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF. (Presidential Documents Volume 29 No.4 pg. 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-288)

According to the Judy Byington Report (April 23, 2023), “The IRS is not a US government agency it is an agency of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Diversified Metal Products v. I.R.S et al. CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate report 94- 1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391).”

Byington further writes that “Social Security Numbers are issued by the United Nations through the IMF (International Monetary Fund). The application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 Form. The Department of the Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5 forms, not the Social Security Administration. The new SS5 forms do not state who publishes them while the old form states they are Department of the Treasury. (20 CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) Chap. 111 Subpart B. 422.103 (b))”

Byington concludes with this astounding fact about Social Security Slavery—”Your Social Security check comes directly from the IMF (International Monetary Fund), which is an agency of the United Nations. (It says U.S. Department of Treasury at the top left corner, which again is part of the U.N. as pointed out above). It is reminiscent of Part II of my essay series (sec. No.14) which stated – You own NO property; Slaves can’t own property. Read carefully the Deed to the property you think is yours. You are listed as a TENANT. (Senate Document 43, 73rd Congress 1st Session)”

(25) NSA, FCC, CIA, FAA, FBI, IRS, and all the other ‘alphabet’ organizations, were never part of the “United States Government”, even though the U.S. held shares of stock in the various agencies. (U.S. v. Strang , 254 US 491, Lewis v. US, 680 F.2d, 1239)

According to an overview by Justia, the 1921 U.S. v. Strang case had the following admissions of facts and statements of law by the Supreme Court:

1. A person employed as an inspector by the Emergency Fleet Corporation is not an agent of the United States, within the meaning of § 41 of the Criminal Code. p. 254 U. S. 491.
2. The Emergency Fleet Corporation, though all of its stock is owned by the United States, is a separate entity. P. 254 U. S. 492.
3. Generally, agents of a corporation are not agents for the stockholders and cannot contract for them. Id.

Justice McReynolds writing for the majority of the Court further stated the issue and outline of the facts in this manner—

The ultimate question for determination is whether the employment of defendant Strang as an inspector by the United States Shipping Board Emergency Fleet Corporation, without more, made him an agent of the government within the meaning of § 41, Criminal Code.

“Sec. 41. No officer or agent of any corporation, joint-stock company, or association, and no member or agent of any firm or person directly or indirectly interested in the pecuniary profits or contracts of such corporation, joint-stock company, association, or firm shall be employed or shall act as an officer or agent of the United States for the transaction of business with such corporation, joint-stock company, association, or firm. Whoever shall violate the provision of this section shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars and imprisoned not more than two years.”

Therefore the U.S. v. Strang case demonstrates conclusively that according to the highest Court in the land agencies like—NSA, FCC, CIA, FAA, FBI, IRS, and all the other ‘alphabet’ organizations, were never part of the “United States Government”, even though the U.S. held shares of stock in the various agencies. This is even further evidence that all of the alphabet agencies in our federal government are just slush funds for the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia slavemasters aka Central Bankers who keep millions of Americans in perpetual Chattel and Debt Slavery through their Federal Reserve Banking system.

In an essay I wrote in July 2021 titled—Why Weren’t We the People Told (until POTUS Trump) that we have been Chattel & Debt Slaves of the Rothschild Khazarian Mafia for 150 YEARS (1871-2021)?!?—I endeavored to expose the reality of truth, the real History that is happening behind the scenes.  I ended that essay with these words of hope—

Good News!—President Trump has bankrupted this 150 year Rothschild Khazarian Mafia corporate dictatorship, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and restored our original Republic, These United States for America at 12:01 am, 20 January 2021 or 12 hours before Joe Biden was sworn in as POTUS, which at that time no longer exist.

 

26) The UN, through the IMF, issues Social Security Numbers. The application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 form. The Department of the Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5, not the Social Security Administration. The new SS5 forms do not state who or what publishes them. The earlier SS5 forms state that they are Department of the Treasury forms. You can get a copy of the SS5 you filled out by sending form SSA-L996 to the SS Administration. (20 CFR, Chapter 111, subpart B 422.103 (b) (2) (2) Read the cites above.

In a 2017 article by Anna von Reitz, IRS Claims of “Frivolous Returns”, one of the commentors named, MediaMike made the following statement that lines up with the bullet point #26 above—

“The SS-5 is an Agreement, not a Contract. All agreements with the government can be terminated, and the instructions for same are at 20 CFR 404.1905. You must return all things gained by the agreement from the other party to the other party and notify them in writing that the agreement is terminated. They are then to return everything they gained from you back to you.

The last part doesn’t happen of course, but I terminated the SSN fraudulently issued to me as a minor and returned the card and number to the SSA with a sworn affidavit back in 1999.

Nothing in the SS Act says anything about perpetuity, nor does it say anything about restricting termination. Therefore, because of the 10th Amendment, the government must respect my RIGHT to terminate an agreement with them, and 404.1905 tells THEM how it’s done.”

27) According to the GATT (the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade), you must have a Social Security number. (House Report 103-826)

From The Gold-Dollar to the Petro – Dollar

At the end of World War 2, in 1945, the United States became the dominant financial, economic and military power on earth.  Its’ homeland was intact. Its industrial base was not destroyed.

The war brought it immense wealth- not least of which it amassed the largest reserves of gold. All of its geo-economic and geopolitical rivals were cut down to size or eliminated. It was this position of strength that enabled it to reformat the post-war global order, which was done under the Bretton Woods agreement. As a result, several new multi-lateral institutions were established. The UN, the IMF and the World Bank. Later would be added the GATT (General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs).

So, there you have it, virtually the entire Globalist super structure under the foundation of the United Nations only relatively recently came to fruition post-World War II (1945). This is not a coincidence because as I have stated many times in previous essays on the Satanic New World Order – (1) There is no such thing as coincidence; (2) The Rothschild Khazarian Mafia together with the Illuminati and other secret societies have funded both sides of every war since the American Revolution (1775-83) and the French Revolution (1789-99) so that whoever “wins” the war will have war debts so astronomical as to be indebted to perpetual usery of the Chattel and Debt Slavery of the Rothschilds and Rockefeller Central Bankers.

28) Social Security is not insurance or a contract, nor is there a trust fund. (Helvering v. Davis, 301 US 619, Steward Machine Co. v. Davis, 301 US 548.

Helvering v. Davis, 301 U.S. 619 (1937), was a decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that held that Social Security was constitutionally permissible as an exercise of the federal power to spend for the general welfare and so did not contravene the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.^[1]

The Court’s 7–2 decision defended the constitutionality of the old-age benefit program of the Social Security Act of 1935 by requiring only welfare spending to be for the common benefit, as distinguished from some mere local purpose. It affirmed a District Court decree that held that the tax upon employees was not properly at issue and that the tax upon employers was constitutional.

Thus, according to the U.S. Supreme Court, social security is not insurance or a contract, nor is it a trust fund, but it is a tax placed upon you at birth by the government upon every man, woman and child in America. Furthermore, your social security identity is publicly traded on the U.S. Stock Exchange since you are considered a “being” or a corporate entity without Natural Rights and therefore can be bought and sold at will by the U.S. INC. a corporation since they view the existence of the 330,000,000 million American “citizens” as Slaves.

Another landmark case on this subject from the radical anti-Constitutional Revolution period of FDR was the case—Stewart Machine Co. v. Davis 301 U.S. 548 (1937). In this case the U.S. Supreme Court upheld the unemployment compensation provisions of the Social Security Act of 1935, which established the federal taxing structure that was designed to induce states to adopt laws for funding and payment of unemployment compensation.^[1] The decision signaled the Court’s acceptance of a broad interpretation of Congressional power to influence state laws.
