Prologue—Atheism, Jealously, Anarchy [= Political Left] vs. Compromise, Hypocrisy, Cowardice [= Political Right]
Socratic Dialectical Inquiry – Was the American Civil War (1861-65) an elaborate and complex Illuminati Conspiracy to exploit the Slavery Question to move American society from Biblical Theism to Evolution Atheism in just 4 years?
In 2004, Attorney Michael V. Hernandez wrote a brilliantly historical law review article tracing the deconstruction of Natural Law and Natural Rights – America’s original political philosophy and constitutional jurisprudence, titled—A Flawed Foundation: Christianity’s Loss of Preeminent Influence on American Law, Rutgers Law Review, Vol. 56, p. 625, 2004. Below I have divided his wonderfully interesting and succinct Abstract into two parts—Prologue and Epilogue – in order to do a short Introduction and Conclusion about how American society leading up to and just past the Civil War (1850-70) did more to deconstruct, pervert and destroy America’s Original Intent and jurisprudence based on Natural Law and Natural Rights than all of America’s previous and post wars combined. What I didn’t know then, but realize now in reading Art Thompson’s magisterial history opus, To the Victor Go the Myths & the Monuments (John Birch Society, 2016), that it was the ubiquitous, invisible, evil hand of the Illuminati and its legions of front groups and agents that was guiding America into the self-destruction of the New World Order all along.
Hernandez in his Abstract opens with this important thesis statement—”This Article discusses the attributes that made America’s Christian foundation of law susceptible to erosion and diminishment.” This passage reminds me of a 2007 essay I wrote on Natural Law titled, Why Does the Left So Hate America?, where I cited the historical, philosophical and intellectual foundations of Natural Law and Natural Rights as the preeminent political philosophy and controlling constitutional jurisprudence in early pre-American history to the Modern Age (1600-1900)—
“What writers and writings most influenced the constitutional Framers? To answer this question, University of Houston political science professors Donald Lutz and Charles Hyneman in 1985 published a monumental study that took them 10 years to bring together. They amassed over 15,000 items, including 2,200 books, newspaper articles, pamphlets and monographs of political materials written between 1760-1805 and discovered that the three writers the constitutional framers quoted from the most often were: 1) Barron Montesquieu (1689-1755), 2) William Blackstone (1723-80), and 3) John Locke (1632-1704). Incidentally, all of these men were strong adherents of natural law philosophy, which believed in an inseparable connection between law and morality.”
When subsequent generations after the Constitutional Framers allowed the Atheism, Communism, and Anarchy of the nearly concurrent French Revolution (1789-1800) to affect our Natural Law American Revolution by the 1850s, I judge those men who could have stopped this as Hypocrites and Cowards thus unleashing upon American society the apotheosis of the French Revolution of the political Left, which is rooted in Anarchy, Atheism and Jealously, Hatred and Democide, or as Alex Jones stated on Democrat Party tactics in his monologue of July 10th—”First the Left Silences us, then Lies on us., next the Left Imprisons us, finally the Left Kills U.S.”!
Hernandez further writes:
| “Part II explores how principles embraced at the nation’s founding — religious pluralism and the subordination of law and government to individual rights — admirably contributed to a flourishing of individual liberty. However, these principles — as well as the pervasive influence in early American law of deductive formalism based on a profound mistrust of human reason — departed from traditional Christian teaching and led to the ascendancy of relativism.” |
By the 1850s, the Illuminati had comprehensively infiltrated America’s institutions sufficiently with their agents – especially with the creation of the Public Schools in New York and New England in the early 1800s, in the Academy with the adoption of Hegelian Dialectic and in the courts the integration of Legal Formalism, and in politics and the Courts the institution of Moral Relativism.The Illuminous tireless and hyper-organized efforts (often with the help of so-called ‘Radical Republicans’) quickly moved America from a God-based worldview to a Rights-based worldview whereas Hernandez warned U.S. “[h]owever, these principles [individual rights & liberties] – as well as the pervasive influence in early American law of deductive formalism [e.g., Harvard Law Dean C.C. Langdell] based on a profound mistrust of human reason – departed from traditional Christian teaching and led to the ascendancy of relativism.” In other words, by the 1860s, Evolution Atheism—which is Positive Law—now dominated Natural Law. In American law and society, the Law of Man was now superior to the Law of God.
Hernandez continues—
| “Although the Founders believed that individual rights are God-endowed, they held a lesser view of law as serving only the utilitarian purpose of protecting individual rights. This view could be seen in the early treatment of Native Americans, particularly the Cherokee Nation, which embraced Christianity and republican principles of government and thus embodied what many of the settlers and Founders claimed they hoped to accomplish with the natives. Nevertheless, when gold was discovered on Cherokee land, the federal government ignored the rule of law, violated the natives’ natural rights for the sake of manifest destiny, and forced the Cherokee Nation to relinquish its natural resources and relocate west.” |
In 1832, Natural Law and Natural Rights took a fatal blow by President Andrew Jackson in the twin Supreme Court cases – Cherokee Nation v. Georgia (1831); Worcester v. Georgia (1832) where contrary to my original analysis (which was wrong), President Jackson’s quote above possessed an arrogant, utilitarian and fascist decree forbidding constitutional legitimacy to the Natural Rights of the Cherokee Nation. Why? This de facto executive order was a false and cynical pretext to steal the Cherokee land where gold was recently discovered by the U.S. government. In other words, President Jackson was following the age-old anti-Natural Law policy of “Might Makes Right”. 30 years later Darwin’s Eugenics Racialism would propagandize and deify pseudo-science of Darwinian Evolution to refer one race of people dominating another as “Natural Selection” and “Survival of the Fittest.” I call these cynical politics and perverted policies by Jacksonians and Darwinians to be Invidious R-A-C-I-S-I-M!
Myths vs. Facts (Episode 21) – Answering your questions

“Welcome to another episode of Myths vs. Facts. This week marks the halfway point for this series, and I’d like to take this time to respond to some of the many questions or comments that have been made up to this point. The first comment discussed this individual’s definition of a Conspiracy as being ‘any plan that affects me that I am explicitly kept in ignorance of.’ My definition of a Conspiracy is where two or more persons unite in secret for an evil purpose. People understand criminal conspiracies such as the Mafia, but fewer understand the diabolical political conspiracies; for decent people it’s hard to get one’s head around it. Diabolical political conspiracies have existed throughout human history. They are mentioned several times in Scripture for instance. And the plot against Christ was a conspiracy wasn’t it? Couple this with the Satanic aspect of some men and it becomes even more difficult to understand and accept as fact. Conspiracy is organized. The results are manifested in the same agenda being implemented at the same time across the broad spectrum of society – this denotes organization.”
“As Franklin Delano Roosevelt was purported to have said,
“In other words, if there was a plan, there are planners. Another person asks: Will someone tell me who finances the Illuminati? First of all, we are not sure that the Illuminati still exists, however, having said that, something similar must exist since the Illuminous goals are still being implemented. This style of organization does not require much money to operate; most of the money is spent on their agenda. Now the money comes from the wealthy in their influence, the foundations run by their minions and the bankers who control vast sums of money. Most of these funds are not used to sustain the Conspiracy but to implement the Conspiracy’s agenda. Now over the years this Conspiracy is recruited into its ranks the sons of the rich and powerful. This has supplied the basis for the monies expended by the Conspiracy. By all appearances this has included many of the Rockefellers, Carnegies, Vanderbilt, etc. over the years.
“Our next comment comes from Episode 3 where I discussed the Illuminati’s overall goals. This viewer stated: ‘You still see people blaming all Jews exclusively for this problem today – ignorance is very hard to overcome.’ My response to this is racial and religious prejudice has always run through the leadership ranks of the Illuminati and its offspring. In the case of the Jews, llluminous adopted Jewish code names to hide their identities and it also served as a means to prejudice people against the Jews amongst those who opposed Illuminous designs. The Illuminati has used the age-old prejudices that have existed in Europe especially, to neutralize its opposition by A) making it look as though it was a Jewish Conspiracy rather than a Satanic one. Certain tracts have been penned such as The Protocols of the Elders of Zion to make it appear to be Jewish in origin; B) at the same time the hatred generated against the Jews by the Conspiracy has fooled and reacted several Jews into doing their dirty work for them. Please note that whenever the Conspiracy has taken over a country the Jews who remained faithful to their religion are some of the first to be eliminated. This is also true of many sects and Lenin pointed out those who needed to be eliminated which included many of the same groups thought to be part of the problem of building Communism a prime part of the Conspiracy.”
Why the Conspiracy is not exclusively Jewish?
“Let us also make the point that the Conspiracy cannot be of any particular race or religion or it won’t work. If it was, the lower ranks of their minions would not work for them – the reason being that ambition is one of the chief traits of the members of the Conspiracy. They would realize that they had no chance to rise to the top if the leadership was of a race that they were not of. If a different race ran it, they could never rise to the top – so it won’t work. If the Conspiracy was composed at the top of only one race and religion, they could not unite enough followers to be successful. This is a general answer to the idea that the Conspiracy is Jewish. We as Americanists must judge people as individuals not as blocks of race, color, religion, ethnicity, etc. The Conspiracy actually gets us fighting one another instead of the real source and that’s why a lot of people promote the idea of a Jewish Conspiracy.”
Our next comment is from my introduction to Communism episode. This viewer states,
| “Logical fallacy. If the Collectivists of the Illuminati want a One-World government, they can’t be behind Anarchy and Communism as these are stateless societies. Socialism and other forms of status Collectivism under monopoly on violence, however, is another matter. Remember, they want total control, so they can’t let go any degree of control they have achieved by whatever means!” |
“Well, hard to respond to that but my response is this – Anarchy is a condition of no government – Communism is sold as a stateless society. It’s one of their selling points, yet it is rather obvious that everywhere and anywhere Communism has been established there is total government – total government control after they massacre millions to eliminate any opposition. There is not one example of Communism being a stateless society – quite the opposite, they are the total State. Now there are many fingers on the hand of the Conspiracy including – Anarchy, Communism, Fascism, Corporatism, etc. These centrally controlled isms are made to appear as if they are opposed to one another, but this is not true at the top. Anarchy is used to create a governmental vacuum for the purpose of another system to rush into that vacuum to replace the previous system. Something will always flow into a vacuum. We suggest by the way that you access the short video, Overview of America to further explain this phenomenon.”
“Also let me point out that it is rare the Anarchist leaders do not show up to be Communist – this happens all the time. Anarchist organizations always appear at Socialist and Communist sponsored demonstrations – they cooperate a great deal. Anarchy is an ideal, but a farce and cannot last long. It is only used to create chaos into which a superior organization flows to take over. Our next question is from the Communism episode as well the fewer the viewer asks” –

“Well the quick answer is because we present a danger to the Deep State. A Conspiracy cannot stand the light of day and we are very involved in exposing them to that light, so they have tried to eliminate us by the use of a smear campaign and at the same time downplay our influence – It hasn’t worked. “Question 6 comes from an episode 11 where I discuss Conspiracy and what’s behind the Democrat Club. This viewer says, ‘So if I understand correctly, Washington was actually not supporting Illuminati Jacobinism. Was he then satisfied about when he acknowledged these doctrines and principles that had come to America? ...’ Well my answer is this – That is correct. He recognized that the early problems that beset his administration were driven by this evil force and had been introduced into America by 1782. Washington was well aware of the Illuminati in its influence. Next is question 7 from The Young America segment on the Illuminati’s influence on education. This viewer asks, ‘Why is the Constitution of the United States the world’s only chance?’ The answer is that our Constitution is the oldest Constitution in use because it works better than any other. It was constructed to limit government and protect God-given rights and our independence as long as it’s followed as written, however, it only serves a moral and ethical people; it will not work otherwise. Nor will it work if the people are ignorant of the principles on which it was founded. Our country has always been an example to the rest of the world.”
“The following viewer asks, ‘So if we had good men back in those days with good intentions, why didn’t they blow the whistle early on? Were they afraid of hurting America’s reputation’? Now the answer to this is that the Conspiracy of the type we’re addressing is hard to believe, but more important, people really did not understand how to organize to expose and stop it coupled with the lack of responsibilities that get involved if they did. No organization has had ever been formed to do so until the John Birch Society was formed 60 years ago. From one of my later segments on Skull and Bones this viewer asks, ‘So where does Trump fit in as a Templar? He doesn’t support the New World Order.’ My response to this is that we have no understanding of Trump’s motivation other than what he states himself. Trump has a problem if he is totally honest with us because he’s still surrounded by the Deep State in the government and his own cabinet.”
“Before we close out this Q&A, there was one more comment from the Skull and Bones segment, I would like their response to respond to this viewer states, ‘Thank you so much art my question: is there such a thing as a good Illuminist? Justice Cavanaugh is a Yale graduate just as the Bush’s and Clinton’s who are part of the Skull and Bones. All public figures must be part of the Illuminati, does this make Sean Hannity for example, a good guy or it’s all a show?… Well first of all Clinton was not part of Skull and Bones but he was mentored at Georgetown by Carroll Quigley who was part of this coterie. Now we can’t look into the heart of a person, all we can do is notice what they say, or what they do not say. We also have to look at their friends since we’re known by the company we keep, aren’t we?”
“We might ask a few questions about people – first of all are they honest about the John Birch Society? You tell an awful lot when they aren’t. Secondly, do they use words like McCarthyism, extol the virtues of Martin Luther King or other icons of the left falsely fed to the people as great men? And third, on the issues do they simply talk to the main points promoted by the mass media, or do they expose the hidden dangers the American people need to know. For instance, in the debate over free trade can you recall one nationally recognized conservative pundit who brought up the issue of sovereignty concerning NAFTA or the new U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement? Often, it’s what people do not say that gives them away. With that being said this ends our first Q&A of Myths vs. Facts. “Welcome back again this week to Myths vs. Facts. There have been hundreds of books and thousands of articles written about what caused the Civil War. We’ve not found one of them that has given the real reason. Now what makes us think that we’re so knowledgeable that we have the answer when others do not? Quite simply, we understand the Conspiracy and their methods and why they targeted the United States. The United States had to be changed from its constitutionally limited form of government. It could not be allowed to set the example for the rest of the world since the plan was to form a One-World government under the Illuminous leaders. The United States had to be brought under their control and then used to unite the rest of the world into their orbit. Now I believe that all the books and articles written about what caused the Civil War are correct in their limited way, but they’re lacking the chain that links them all together.”
“Now what do I mean by that it goes back to the Illuminati and how Marx and Engels showed in The Communist Manifesto that the intent was to subvert society as the basis for changing a country and installing a totalitarian State. The insiders knew that the greatest catalyst for change was war. The greatest level of change comes if the war is on the soil of the targeted country. There was no possibility of a war on American soil after the war of 1812 simply because the United States after the war of 1812 became so powerful that to invade us would have meant an ignominious defeat, so that meant that a civil war had to be engineered and this is what happened – Organization after organization, movement after movement, all controlled by descendants of the original Illuminous, both in the North and the South, created the condition for irresolvable differences. One of the key means for doing this was the movement for the abolition of slavery, another was economic differences since the basis of the of the economy for the two sections of the country were different. One was evolving more and more into an industrial base [the North] and the other remained more agricultural [the South].”
Illuminati Tactic – Use indefensible tactics to conflate a moral cause
“And there were other differences such as the flow of immigrants; they tended to stay in the Northern regions. In each movement the strategy was to make the solution so intolerable that they could only make matters worse. In addition, the tactics used were designed to make one side defend things that were indefensible and boxed people in rather than bringing them together. For example, let us say that everyone knows that littering is wrong. If someone’s strolling along the street subconsciously cast aside a small piece of literature and is immediately accosted by an obnoxious individual who starts screaming at them to pick it up – and why are they destroying the environment? What would be the reaction of the litterer it would vary, but one thing we do know – he would not be in a very good mood and would act accordingly based on their personality. Then, and in the future toward the other individual – it might even lead to violence and this is the manner in which so much of the political and economic differences were handled. We see the same thing happening again in our time, aren’t we?”
The Notorious Abolitionist, William Lloyd Garrison
“Let’s begin by concentrating on one issue: almost all Americans both in the North and the South knew that slavery was wrong but they were in a dilemma over how to eliminate it – laws were passed soon after the founding of the United States against the importation of slaves and organizations were being formed to find some remedy compatible with all parties and progress was being made in the hearts and minds of all Americans. The English meanwhile had found a peaceful solution to their slavery, but the Conspiracy was not going to allow a peaceful solution in America. They needed and used the issue for their own ends – to help foster a war.”
“Now the most notorious leader of the Abolitionists was a man by the name of William Lloyd Garrison. There were two prime examples of his motivation – 1) he openly hated the Constitution. He was not interested in amending it to abolish slavery, he wanted it destroyed. You can imagine the reaction of the people who may have wanted to abolish slavery but loved the Constitution. They started to resist the Abolitionist movement as a result. Oh, there were other outrageous acts as well that reacted the people, polarized them and has exasperated any idea of a peaceful solution; 2) the original masthead of Garrison’s newspaper, The Liberator told the story of Garrison’s true intent the banner slogan said – OUR COUNTRY IS THE WORLD, OUR COUNTRYMEN ARE MANKIND. In other words, Garrison was part of the Illuminous program for a One-World government. Soon while the masthead was too revealing of Garrison’s motivation to those who understood what was going on their motto became even worse – “The Constitution is a league with death and a covenant with hell.”
“It had been only 25 years as the Jacobin agitation in America and there was growing Carbonari influence that stood for the same things – One World government and abolishing the Constitution. Garrison, American Socialists and British agents helped found the American Anti-Slavery Organization. It became quite radical and supported all manner of Socialist initiatives as much as it did the abolition of slavery. Garrison was also active in Peace Societies promoting internationalism and a One-World government as a means to ensure world peace.”
“Let us wrap up this segment by giving a rundown on Garrison since he was the linchpin of most of the organizations at the time that supposedly wanted to abolish slavery. William Lloyd Garrison played a dominant role in creating the condition of dividing the people over the issue of slavery. He was always in the leadership role in abolition – either out front or later behind the scenes when his reputation got too notorious. He started out in the Temperance movement and then moved into abolition. In 1830, he became a Perfectionist – the Communist Church at the time. He founded The Liberator as his newspaper in July of 1831 whose mast had supported a world system. He called for the disunion of the North and South as early as 1843. He publicly burned the Constitution in the streets of Boston in 1854. His associates actually said that the slaves had the right to cut the throats of their masters. His actions and calls for sedition and murdered caused such a reaction that several states had rewards for his arrest.”
“Garrison was not alone; there were many notable people in the North who supported him and did even worse things. At the same time in the South, Conspirators were stirring up the people in opposition to such people as Garrison. In other words, the people by and large understood that slavery had to end but were unwilling to take the rest of the solutions offered by the diehards – the dissolution of the country and the scrapping of the Constitution. The stage was being set for such a session and war. Next week we will demonstrate how the American people were reacted by terrorism into supporting the secession movement and civil war until next week we’ll see you then.”
Epilogue—Illuminati Tactic = Co-opt Every Social Movement to achieve a One-World Government
Jesus said in the Bible that, A little leaven leaveneth the who lump. Leaven = SIN, thus in order to quickly pervert and deconstruct any target – including the morals of a society, just mix a little bit of lies (radical abolitionism, religious pluralism, Secularism, Moral Relativism, North/South disunion) with the truth (Natural Law/Natural Rights based on Biblical theism), and revolution will be well on the way. Hernandez states America’s deconstruction in the law in this manner—
| “Religious liberty flourished due to the Founders’ embrace of religious pluralism. However, given the increasingly diverse expressions of faith in American society, and the numerous conflicts within American Christendom, it was impossible for Christianity to continue to provide a firm foundation for American law and society. Furthermore, the early American legal academy followed the tradition of English historical jurisprudence and, due to an extreme distrust of human reason, embraced deductive formalism. Christian natural legal scientists attempted to reform the academy through the use of a more traditional, balanced approach to the study and practice of law, but their efforts ultimately failed. Consequently, a secular reformer, Christopher Columbus Langdell, filled the void of needed reform but divorced the study and practice of law from their historical Christian roots. Langdell’s reform culminated in the secularization of American law over the ensuing decades.” |
Until he became Dean of Harvard Law School in 1870, Christopher Columbus Langdell was a virtually unknown mediocrity in the legal community until Harvard President Charles Eliot thrust Langdell into being the first Dean of Harvard Law (1870-95) where he wasted no time using this key position doing the will of the Illuminati—deconstructing Natural Law and Natural Rights and in its place enshrining his Case Law Dialectic Method = Legal Formalism and Positive Law which systematically separates Legality from Morality. Langdell and Holmes are most credited with essentially enshrining into American jurisprudence Darwin’s Evolution Atheism writ large!
Hernandez concludes his Abstract with this statement—
| “Part III describes how race-based slavery conflicted with Christian principles and thus undermined Christianity’s influence on public law and morality. When confronted with the evils of slavery, our Founders abandoned the principles of liberty proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence in favor of pragmatic compromise with a relatively small number of pro-slavery radicals. Many defenders of American slavery linked their allegedly Christian beliefs to racism without apology. Even though the Founders acted in what they perceived to be the nation’s best interests, their compromise on slavery violated Christian principle and led to a devastating loss of life and liberty. The evils of slavery and the horrors of war profoundly influenced two men who helped shape the secularization of American law and society, Charles Darwin and Oliver Wendell Holmes. In the aftermath of the Civil War, Americans became deeply skeptical about the influence of Christianity on law and culture and thus were increasingly open to the influence of secular ideologies.” |
The infamous triumph of the Illuminati was in negatively affecting America’s Original Intent by conflating the Atheism/Anarchy of the French Revolution with the Natural Law/Natural Rights of the American Revolution which for about 100 years – (1776-1876) hinged primarily on the tragic compromise on the Slavery Question. In other words, if the Illuminati agents could divide the North and South on the slavery question it would ferment a Civil War which did happen (1861-65), thus destroying through rank hypocrisy and cowardice the Christian moral high ground built by the Puritans, Pilgrims and the Constitutional Framers who based our Founding documents – the Declaration of Independence (1776), the U.S. Constitution (1789) and the Bill of Rights (1791) on Natural Law and Natural Rights precepts thoroughly grounded in God, Jesus Christ and the Bible.
Finally, regarding the Illuminious objective of total deconstruction of American History which in my opinion occurred during the pre- and post-Civil War Period (1850-70), Hernandez attributed Darwin and Holmes as the two most important figures during this era that pushed American society away from Biblical Theism to Secular Evolution Atheism – ignoble, democidal and ‘UnNatural’ political policy positions encapsulated in the Modern-day Democrat Socialist Party whose arch enemy is President Donald J.
