Posner, and to you his son, Professor Eric Posner, for at least 15-20 of those years of futility. How could I expect the fruit to fall far away from the tree when I recently read your twice failed ad hominem attacks against President Donald Trump contained in your hackneyed book –

E.g., Eric Posner, The Demagogue’s Playbook… (2020, revised in 2024) – an unremarkable, poorly written work of perversity and fiction infected with Freudian Psychological Projection and Transference that should have been directed not at President Donald Trump, but towards your judicial demagogue father, former Chief Judge Richard A. Returning to my original point above, this delicious irony caused me to have a sublime epiphany! I now understand after 30 years of reading, studying and critiquing your father’s oeuvre; listening to his irritating, irrational lectures, and solipsistic speeches on Constitutional Law, Law and Economics, Legal Philosophy, Legal History, and on over 2 dozen academic disciplines by this self-anointed polymath that what you and your father have in common in my opinion is a Psychopathic Hubris or a Malignant Narcissism –

 

The Social Psychologist Erich Fromm first coined the term “malignant narcissism” in 1964. He characterized the condition as a solipsistic form of narcissism, in which the individual takes pride in their own inherent traits rather than their achievements, and thus does not require a connection to other people or to reality.^[4]

 

This collective mental disorder has kept your father (and yourself and the majority of the Groupthink, Progressive-Regressive Academy) morally blind and intellectually ignorant to “Reality” to learn from others – e.g., even from a ‘Pro se Protegee’, a Black man like me born in the ghettos of Detroit, who though faith in Jesus Christ and prayer, sheer will power and assiduousness attended Harvard with Barack Obama [1988-89], but as my biography chronicles – I refused to take the Oath to Satan, and thus have been blacklisted since 1989-2025 for 36 years (ironically the same number of years that your father, Judge Richard Posner was on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals [1981-2017].

Therefore, Professor Eric Posner why can’t you and the Amoral Academy admit that despite your faux degrees and intellectual achievements amounting for centuries after centuries after centuries, that collectively you all know NOTHING!?! Why can’t you humble yourself and learn from the downtrodden, the indigent? Why can’t you learn from the moral purity of the children, or even from the babies to whom you deem are lesser than you are? As a corollary to you and against the entire Marxist Academy, for my entire academic life I have learned from the moral purity of the children, the babies, the underdog, the despised and rejected for that is where true Wisdom and Veritas {Truth} can be found. I understand though that you and the Amoral Academy are too arrogant to take me seriously, but trust and believe that will soon change. Yes, I truly feel like the Old Testament Prophet, Joseph, who told his 10 brothers who out of jealously that he was Jacob’s favorite son who possessed “a coat of many colors” mercilessly sold Joseph into Egyptian slavery for 13 YEARS. How much did his own brothers sell Joseph for? 20 pieces of silver — Therefore, you, Professor Eric Posner, your father, Judge Richard Posner, and the Amoral Academy meant it for evil, but God meant it for Good (through POTUS Trump whom I’ve supported for President since Aug. 1988) to save many Nations #Genesis50:20.
