Harvard’s Hypocrisy—DACA? Welcome – Conservatives? Go to Hell!
About the Author—Professor Ellis Washington, J.D.—I went to Harvard Law School with future POTUS Barack Hussein Obama for 1 year (1988-89), but I took the opposite path in Life—New World Order, Communism, Treason, Pedophilia & Satanic Ritual Abuse vs. Christianity, Conservatism, Protecting the Children & TRUMPism. I repeatedly refused to take the “Satan OATH” which is why I’ve been blacklisted for 30+ years—for my entire legal and academic career, yet I Fight on! Silence is consent.
~ Elie Wiesel (1928-2016)
Silence to invidious creed discrimination and ideological racism is consent.
~ Ellis Washington (a paraphrase of Elie Wiesel)
We need laws that are crystal clear, particularly when they apply to controversial figures, otherwise too much discretion is placed in the hands of prosecutors to decide who to prosecute and who not to, when conduct is committed that is fairly common of elected officials. It’s tragic that it is so common, but it is common.
~ Alan Dershowitz, Professor Emeritus, Harvard Law School
Harvard Hypocrisy Alert!
Harvard—DACA, Welcome – President Trump, Trump voters, the Rule of Law, Conservatives? Go to Hell! This was the sentiment I understood after reading a revelatory article on Breitbart.com. On 6 Sept. I read with great interest Joel Pollak’s article written the day before, Harvard’s President Slams ‘Cruel’ Donald Trump for Ending DACA. Pollak is the senior-editor-at-large for Breitbart News. Pollak’s article gives an insightful summary of the latest propaganda campaign launched from the bowels of the Ivy League Harvard and 600 of its minion colleges and universities that signed a letter pledging support of DACA despite the fact that when President Obama signed this executive order in June 2012, a Republican-majority in Congress refused to violate federal immigration law to carve out “Dreamer Status” for the roughly 800,000+ DACA illegal immigrants. Thus, President Obama’s executive actions enacting DACA were unilateral, lawless, and unconstitutional as well as patent violations of the U.S. Constitution law and federal immigration laws.
I posted the following of my Facebook page:
“HARVARD HYPOCRISY ALERT! Harvard’s President Drew Faust welcomes illegal aliens from DACA with open arms, but invidiously rejects conservative scholars [born in America] from joining the faculty ranks at Harvard by the thousands. The ‘cruel’ irony of ironies here is that the Puritans [e.g., Congregationalists] who created and built the so-called “Ivy League” schools are much more closely aligned to Republican ideals and Conservative philosophy than to Marxists, Progressives, Liberals, Globalists, or to the worldview of the Democrat Socialist Party.”
To bolster this unknown and ignored history or the fact that—123 of the first 126 oldest U.S. colleges and universities were explicitly founded on a Christian worldview, biblical theism, but also on the original political philosophy and original jurisprudence of America’s constitutional Framers called, “Natural Law” and “Natural Rights. Thus, in a 2007 essay, Harvard, the Ivy League and the Forgotten Puritans, I opened with the following historical evidence that all the Ivy League schools were founded explicitly on a Judeo-Christian worldview and Natural Law principles —
“How did the eight so-called “Ivy League” schools – Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Columbia, Brown, University of Pennsylvania, Cornell and Dartmouth – go from being training grounds for Christian missionaries and ministers and respected citadels of higher education to what they are now – propaganda factories for every leftist, perverted, radical, tyrannical, failed ideology known to mankind? – Marxism, Darwinism, Freudianism, Higher Criticism, Communism, multiculturalism, relativism, naturalism, positivism, socialism, liberalism, egalitarianism, feminist studies, gay studies, transgender studies, transvestite studies, outcome-based education, radical environmentalism, etc.
Did you know that America’s oldest and most venerated colleges and universities like Harvard, Yale, and Dartmouth were founded by the Puritans? Yes, those same Puritans who along with the Pilgrims were devout Christians and the original founders of America. What do we remember about the Puritans?…”
How is this possible you may ask? (being inwardly angry at the lies told [or real history not told] to you by your CIA-government controlled indoctrination centers called, “Public Schools” or what I prefer to call “Concentration Camps of Miseducation.” In a 2013 essay, Secular Humanism is Evolution Atheism, I opened with the following historical declaration about the Christian origins of all of America’s institutions before the Left and the Democrat Socialist Party systematically perverted and took over these and all other institutions en masse beginning in the early 1860s after Charles Darwin’s Evolution Atheism Revolution took over Europe, America and the world with the publication of his racialist, debunked screed, On the Origin of Species (1859) and its companion sophistic opus, The Descent of Man (1871). I wrote—
“It is intellectually impossible to understand the Left and their perverse paradigm they have forced inside of every institution of American culture and society, law, politics, medicine and history, unless you view it through the lens of Hegelian dialectical materialism. For example, using the above quote the secular humanists (today’s Democrats) believes that God is a myth [Thesis/problem] and that man created the gods [Antithesis/reaction], therefore We [Democrats] are gods who can do whatever we please in the name of the common good – the U.S. Constitution, the Bible, the original intent of the Framers, liberty, due process, morality be damned! [Synthesis/solution] …”
“This malignant narcissist worldview is self-evident in the person and political policies of President Barack Obama and the Democratic Socialist Party. The typical liberal, progressive or postmodernist scoffs at the metaphysical. Ignoring the historical fact that out of the first 126 American colleges 123 of them were Christian, nevertheless the Left mocks those people who follow a Judeo-Christian worldview as being myopic, stupid, anti-intellectual and dangerous.”
This is exactly what Harvard’s President Faust did to try to provoke President Trump to break his repeated campaign, anti-amnesty promises to now promote foreign DACA illegals over legal conservative academics using Hegelian Dialectical Materialism—A popular, but sophistic form of rhetoric and argumentation dating back to the early 1800s—Thesis – Antithesis – Synthesis = Problem – Reaction – Solution.
Here is a letter (a “Second Declaration of Independence” if you will) I sent to Harvard’s President Drew Faust on Independence Day (4 July 2017). If anyone wants me to send them the original letter with the many links to my scholarly works over a 35-year period, just send me your email via Facebook messenger:

Subject: STOP Ideological Discrimination and Creed Racism inside the American Academy
Prologue Against the Progressive Revolution
“There is no place in the Humanist worldview for either immortality or God in the valid meanings of those terms. Humanism contends that instead of the gods creating the cosmos, the cosmos, in the individualized form of human beings giving rein to their imagination, created the gods.”
~ Corliss Lamont, “The Philosophy of Humanism” (1982)
Sending Prayers to Houston and Florida… Houston STRONG! Florida STRONG!
*N.B.: A version of this important Declaration was originally sent to Harvard University including—President Drew Faust, the entire faculty, administrators, lecturers, researchers, fellows, staff, and student organizations—
Elie Wiesel (1928-2016), Holocaust survivor and writer, my friend and intellectual mentor, uttered this 3 word, anti-appeasement aphorism for the Ages—“Silence is consent.” Paraphrasing Wiesel, I declare—Silence to invidious creed discrimination and ideological racism is consent.
PLEASE! Help me expose, fight against, and eradicate Creed Discrimination inside the American Academy. As a Blacklisted Black conservative intellectual who loves America and venerates all of her institutions and traditions, you may ask—What keeps me joyful, fighting inside the Arena of Ideas during my personal and existential struggles, my 35 years of Sisyphus Hell trying in vain to obtain an earned faculty position inside the American Academy… as a Conservative Scholar?
I would answer with these 5 words – “And it came to pass” – will break the evil chains of Socialism Slavery, Social Darwinism, Racialism Eugenics, and Liberal Fascism. These 5 words – And it came to pass – will now end Institutional and Invidious Discrimination propagated by the Democrat Socialist Party and their legions of Progressive Allies inside the Academy and beyond. These 5 words – And it came to pass – will stop Intellectual and Ideological Creed Racism inside the America Academy and inside all of America’s institutions. And these 5 words – And it came to pass – will restore Natural Law, Natural Rights which is the Original Intent, the historical, foundational and controlling political philosophy of America’s Constitutional Framers, and the Original Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States and all inferior courts… And it came to pass…!

Attorney General Sessions Delivers Remarks on DACA
Washington, DC
~
Tuesday, September 5, 2017
Remarks as prepared for delivery
“Good morning. I am here today to announce that the program known as DACA that was effectuated under the Obama Administration is being rescinded.
The DACA program was implemented in 2012 and essentially provided a legal status for recipients for a renewable two-year term, work authorization and other benefits, including participation in the social security program, to 800,000 mostly-adult illegal aliens.
This policy was implemented unilaterally to great controversy and legal concern after Congress rejected legislative proposals to extend similar benefits on numerous occasions to this same group of illegal aliens.
In other words, the executive branch, through DACA, deliberately sought to achieve what the legislative branch specifically refused to authorize on multiple occasions. Such an open-ended circumvention of immigration laws was an unconstitutional exercise of authority by the Executive Branch.
The effect of this unilateral executive amnesty, among other things, contributed to a surge of unaccompanied minors on the southern border that yielded terrible humanitarian consequences. It also denied jobs to hundreds of thousands of Americans by allowing those same jobs to go to illegal aliens.
We inherited from our Founders—and have advanced—an unsurpassed legal heritage, which is the foundation of our freedom, safety, and prosperity.
As the Attorney General, it is my duty to ensure that the laws of the United States are enforced and that the Constitutional order is upheld.
No greater good can be done for the overall health and well-being of our Republic, than preserving and strengthening the impartial rule of law. Societies where the rule of law is treasured are societies that tend to flourish and succeed.
Societies where the rule of law is subject to political whims and personal biases tend to become societies afflicted by corruption, poverty, and human suffering.
To have a lawful system of immigration that serves the national interest, we cannot admit everyone who would like to come here. That is an open border policy and the American people have rightly rejected it….
George Washington University Law School Professor Jonathan Turley in testimony before the House Judiciary Committee was clear about the enormous constitutional infirmities raised by these policies.
He said: “In ordering this blanket exception, President Obama was nullifying part of a law that he simply disagreed with.…. If a president can claim sweeping discretion to suspend key federal laws, the entire legislative process becomes little more than a pretense…The circumvention of the legislative process not only undermines the authority of this branch but destabilizes the tripartite system.”
Ending the previous Administration’s disrespect for the legislative process is an important first step. All immigration policies should serve the interests of the people of the United States—lawful immigrant and native born alike.”
Epilogue to the Dershowitz Dilemma
As I stated earlier, Harvard University President Faust’s DACA Declaration amounts to Harvard telling the 800,000+ DACA illegal aliens, Welcome to America, while concurrently telling President Trump, the tens of millions of Trump voters, the Rule of Law, together with exiled Conservative academics like myself, Laura Ingraham, Ann Coulter, Dinesh D’Souza, Charles Murray, Heritage Foundation Scholars, AEI Scholars, Hoover Institute Scholars, Cato Institute Scholars, Mackinac Center Scholars, and hundreds of thousands of others, to go to Hell! Are we as the Founding Fathers declared, “A Nation of Laws and not of Men”? —then why is Harvard and the 600 U.S. college and university presidents that signed Harvard’s DACA Declaration so lawless? Why is the American Academy so wantonly violating federal immigration law with no fear of economic reprisals from President Trump and Congress that mandates that our government cut off billions of dollars in federal aid? Where is the collective outrage by the Harvard faculty in defense of the Rule of Law? Why doesn’t Attorney Jeff Sessions use the full weight of the Justice Department to cut all federal funding to Harvard and to the 600 signatory colleges and universities for supporting President Faust’s treasonous DACA letter?
The reason I addressed this concluding Epilogue to Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz is that unlike virtually all his Harvard Law Faculty colleagues, unlike virtually all of the thousands of law faculty in America and hundreds of thousands of faculty members at U.S. colleges and universities, (Dershowitz and Jeffrey Turley, George Washington Constitutional Law Professor, notwithstanding) have on the DACA issue, virtually all of the many other Trump policies passed via Executive Order, thus were not prevented by the servile apparatchiks on both sides of the aisle.
Would to God real “democrats” lived up to their original Liberal Credo attributed to the legendary French Enlightenment Philosopher, Voltaire—
Professor Dershowitz was virtually the only one of the thousands of Harvard Law School and other Harvard faculty I reached out to for nearly 30 years to acknowledge my humanity, to dignify my scholarly inquiry with a positive reply. To wit, my 2008 book, The Nuremberg Trials: Last Tragedy of the Holocaust (Hamilton Books, 2008), could not have been published without permission from Professor Dershowitz who graciously allowed me to quote at length from his book, Fundamental Cases: The Twentieth-Century Courtroom Battles That Change Our Nation – The Modern Scholar (2006). And to do so without having to pay his publisher (a sizeable sum of money I didn’t have at the time). If I didn’t thank the good professor for this solicitude in 2007, I do so now— Exceeding thanks to you Professor Dershowitz for acknowledging my burgeoning legal scholarship, for recognizing my humanity, and for allowing me to utilize your outstanding legal scholarship. However, Professor Dershowitz, I do remember sending you a signed copy of the book with an inscription expressing my eternal gratitude.
Dershowitz Inside the Arena
Racialist Demagogues—Al Sharpton, and Attorney’s C. Vernon Mason, Alton Maddox fall to Veritas
Going back 20 years before the publication of my Nuremberg Trials book, I remember first seeing the legendary Professor Dershowitz in March 1989. I was a graduate student at Harvard then studying Musicology and thinking about pursuing a PhD in that field when some friends of mine at the law school (Leon Betchet and Frank Haynes principally) invited me to a Symposium where C. Vernon Mason, one of the attorneys in the now infamous and False Flag race-baiting case of Tawana Brawley. Attorney C. Vernon Mason had been invited to Harvard to present the factual findings that supported his client’s claims that she as a then 15-year-old girl had been sexually assaulted and smeared with feces in a New York alley by a gang of White racists who also wrote racial epithets all over her body.
Here is an excerpt from a 1998 New York Times article regarding one of Tawana Brawley’s disbarred lawyers—C. Vernon Mason’s Harvard Law School speech by NYT writer, William Glaberson, The Brawley Ruling: The Overview; Sharpton Liable for Defamation in Brawley Case—
“But in March 1989, five months after the grand jury issued its report, Mr. Mason spoke at Harvard Law School. ”I want to repeat to everyone within the sound of my voice,” he said, ”that Steven Pagones, Scott Patterson and Harry Crist, among others, raped, kidnapped and sodomized Tawana Brawley.”
Mr. Crist, a friend of Mr. Pagones’s, committed suicide, the grand jury concluded. Mr. Patterson did not join in Mr. Pagones’s suit.
Today, the jurors said not only that Mr. Mason’s remark at Harvard was defamatory, but also that Mr. Mason made it knowing it was false.”
About the middle of C. Vernon Mason’s legal defense which amounted to a slanderous soliloquy, suddenly, dramatically in walked Professor Alan Dershowitz from the back of the lecture hall. This was my first view of this man (although I had heard of him through my law school friend, Leon Betchet), yet what struck me about Dershowitz was how he, (accompanied by 2 or 3 students), boldly walked right to the front of the lecture hall and sat right to left side of Attorney Mason C. Vernon Mason who as soon as he finished his litany of lies, Dershowitz pounced like a Bengal tiger and went into attack mode.
While I don’t remember exactly what Dershowitz said 28 years ago inside that crowded lecture room at Pound Hall, yet what I do remember is that without notes Dershowitz in magnificent and brilliant fashion deconstructed every aspect of Tawana Brawley lawyer’s case point-by-point so much so that after about 20 minutes, the moderator of the event was forced to call on a few other professors and students to try to resuscitate poor C. Vernon Mason who looked like he had just been in a fight with boxer, Mike Tyson. It was too late, this day Veritas would trump racialist demagoguery where Dershowitz exposed a vile case that should never have been brought to trial in the first place – an infamous case that launched the careers of race pimps all over America – but most notably Jesse Jackson, New York’s own Al Sharpton and Harvard’s own Cornel West, among many, many other demagogues who used that racialist False Flag case to bolster their notoriety and to enrich their personal wealth by fomenting racial discord over a case as Professor Dershowitz demonstrated 30 years ago had no basis in Reality, Veritas or Justice.
Therefore, Professor Dershowitz I will launch the concluding section of my Apology in the form of a challenge to you to speak out against the illegalities and Obama-created lawlessness of DACA. But, I also challenge you on a more personal level to use your elevated public platform to embrace conservative scholars like me, like Charles Murray, your recent visiting lecturer at Harvard, but also to hundreds of thousands of conservative academics and scholars who have for over 50 years wasted away in the academic Ghettos of Think Tanks, occasional FoxNews crumbs of affliction, and poorly-financed colleges – ignored inside Concentration Camps of obscurity, Hopelessness and Despair, all because Liberalism and the Democrat Socialist Party have for the past 80 years evolved to become the “Gatekeepers” over all of America’s institutions. This includes liberal hegemony inside higher education of the Academy that has faculty expressing existential Leftist views—Liberal and Progressive, Marxist and Globalist worldviews dominating faculty and administrative positions at Harvard, at virtually all U.S. colleges, universities, law schools and graduate schools at the 95-100% percentile. Professor Dershowitz, I’m sure that you would agree with me that this isn’t “Diversity” of intellectual thought or “Diversity” of ideology or worldview—This is Orwellian Groupthink, Liberal Fascism, vile Creed Discrimination and Ideological Racism writ large and it must end now. It will end now.
Dershowitz’s dilemma? Will you use your enviable public notoriety of over 50 years of legal scholarship, research and writing, media exposure, highest-profile litigation and teaching at Harvard – America’s oldest college, oldest law school — to break liberal hegemony inside America’s Academy, to usher in true ideological diversity, or will you maintain the status quo, sip your coffee inside the cloistered confines at your Martha’s Vineyard coffee shop, smile and pontificate brilliant retorts on TV at Fox News, CNN, MSNBC and other media, giving an occasional lecture in your Emeritus status at Harvard, while the world burns in an existential racialist Holocaust that is now a clear and present danger that will only metastasize?
Professor Dershowitz, what will you—and your hundreds of thousands of your colleagues populating tens of thousands of colleges and universities in America—do to create true and good faith Ideological Diversity and Creed Equality inside the American Academy by including conservative scholars like myself whose intellectual forefathers—the Puritans, the Pilgrims, the Congregationalists, the Protestants, the Constitutional Framers, Religious Jews, created the Ivy-League schools, created 123 of the oldest 126 U.S. colleges?— Not Liberalism, not the Democrat Party, not Socialism, Marxism, Darwinism, Nietzscheism, Progressivism, Humanism, Fascism, or Globalism… CHRISTIANITY!
This is the Dershowitz dilemma for the Ages.
Professor Dershowitz… a $1.00 for your thoughts?
In conclusion, I listened with great interest to your 7 Sept. appearance on Fox News regarding the corruption and bribery trial of Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ). As usual I thought much of your commentary to be right on point and politically balanced despite the MSM virtually ignoring the Sen. Menendez corruption trial. Why? Because it puts Democrats (and the Democrat Party Media) in a bad light. I particularly loved your commentary alluding to a primary thesis of your latest book, Trumped Up: How Criminalization of Political Differences Endangers Democracy. In that Fox News interview you eloquently concluded—
“We need laws that are crystal clear, particularly when they apply to controversial figures, otherwise too much discretion is placed in the hands of prosecutors to decide who to prosecute and who not to when conduct is committed that is fairly common of elected officials. It’s tragic that it is so common, but it is common.”
~ Professor Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Law School
What better way Professor Dershowitz to live up to the words of your latest opus, and affirm your life in the law in your twilight years while sipping coffee at your favorite Martha’s Vineyard restaurant? — Will you, Professor Dershowitz, rise to this pivotal moment in History to do like our mutual friend, Elie Wiesel commanded all humanity, and reach down to “the Other” – e.g., Discriminated people in American society like me, like Dr. Charles Murray, like hundreds of thousands of other conservative intellectuals and academics who have been unjustly blacklisted because their ideas and ideology transcends the GroupThink of the Democrat Socialist Party and institutions they control, and thus is an existential treat to the Left’s hegemony, or will you stand for Harvard’s original motto—Veritas pro Christos et Ecclesia? (Truth for Christ and the Church).
I state this concluding passage only after much personal angst for this is a most difficult and humiliating confession for any self-respecting Man with a family and children to publicly make, yet I am compelled—My last paycheck for the month of August as an Adjunct Professor at a struggling online school with possibly declining student enrollment was $30.00. Rounded to the nearest 10 = $1.00 per day! Could I buy us a breakfast at your Martha Vineyard coffee shop for my month’s wage, Professor Dershowitz…? I don’t think so!
It gets worse. My 15-year-old daughter (Eden) whose first job this past summer was working at the fast food restaurant, Chick-fil-a makes about $300.00 every two weeks (= over 20x what I presently make per month). Don’t misunderstand me, Professor Dershowitz, I still believe that all just labor has its ultimate, eternal rewards. I still believe in and staked my life on the very transcendent ideals that created America—Nevertheless, 35 years of study in history, philosophy, and law at many of America’s premier universities, under many of the world’s top scholars while writing in gross poverty and obscurity for virtually all of those years being blacklisted out of the Academy without just cause, yet God is faithful and blessed my present oeuvre—11 books, 30 law review articles (published on 5 continents, many included in the Chambers Library of the Supreme Court of the United States), over 3,000 published essays, Executive Editor on over 30 musicological books, monographs, articles and manuscripts written by my intellectual mentor and who I with tragic irony posthumously declare to be, “The Historian of the Forgotten Man”— Professor Arthur R. LaBrew (1930-2015), an unheralded scholar who after 65 years of pioneering, historical research never was given a tenured professorship in America, yet he was serially plagiarized by many academics all over the world, most infamously by Harvard’s own Eileen Southern who was a professor and Chair in the Department of Afro-American Studies (1975-87).
Nevertheless, my conservative worldview has now been tempered by my 35-year Sisyphus Hell where the harder I work, the older I get, the exceedingly more economically impoverished I become. This existential, economic Concentration Camp I’ve endured the majority of my life called America has been my unjust reality for 35 years which I summarize with this dystopian aphorism—
American Dream? =
American Myth =
American Nightmare
Professor Dershowitz, I challenge you to use your vaunted powers to redeem my shame. I challenge you to set aside some of your creature comforts, reach down to U.S. conservative academics and scholars toiling in obscurity and solve Dershowitz’s Dilemma—To use your exalted public platform to condemn Harvard placing DACA illegals above hiring conservative faculty at ideological proportional numbers in society commensurate with the Liberals, Marxists, Globalists, Socialists, Humanists, Anarchists faculty currently dominating the ranks of the Harvard faculty and Harvard administration and colleges throughout America. This is the only true JUSTICE of the Academy of America based on Natural Law, Natural Rights and what Harvard’s Founding Fathers declared in their original motto—VERITAS PRO CHRISTOS ET ECCLESIA.
Professor Dershowitz, I end this rather lengthy Apology by repeating the transcendent and wise the words of our mutual friend and recently departed icon of the Holocaust, Elie Wiesel (1928-2016), words undoubtedly that will endure through the Ages—”Silence is consent.” Applying Wiesel’s prescient wisdom to the thesis of this essay, I declare— Silence to invidious creed discrimination and ideological racism is consent.
